When we bought Notify, the Shopify plugin that inspired Fomo, users were canceling every 15 minutes.
It was discouraging to say the least... so we started asking questions.

Within a week, we launched a metrics portal.
It syncs with Google Analytics to calculate the sales, on-page conversion rate, and of course the holy grail, total revenue, of click-through traffic on Fomo notifications.
We rolled out a private BETA to a random customer sample. In total, 130 customers authenticated their Google Analytics accounts.
The total sales? $511,065. That's an average of $3,931 in direct sales, per customer.
Since our CLV is around 7 months, this means customers got a return of 37x on their $105 investment ($15 /month * 7 months).
