Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, and what moved you to start your business?
"Salon Booking System is an appointment booking system for WordPress-based websites. It was established in June 2016 and is run by two Italian friends, Dimitri Grassi and Luigi La Porta."
"We started this business as we came from a long time experience with WordPress website design and development. We always loved the idea of having our own product and to offer a complete and reliable (while affordable) tool for professionals that provide services by appointment."
What conversion-related problems you were experiencing?
"Many elements can affect the customer's journey once on the website. We put a lot of effort into reducing the bounce rate for users landing on our home page."

"We put great attention on brand reputation, so we invite our users to leave a review to increase the trust among our prospects."
