Hey Mark. Can you tell us about Physician Banks?
PhysicianBanks.com launched in 2012. We realized most doctors were unaware of fantastic loan products available to them. Our site was started to help educate them on their financial choices. Our website was proudly featured in the Wall Street Journal in the March 14, 2014 issue.
We enjoyed this honor due to our success in educating our healers. We are headquartered in Springboro, OH but have employees across the globe. Having identified Medical Malpractice and Disability Insurance as other areas that doctors are struggling, we look forward to Fomo helping us build trust and drive conversions in these new product areas.
What do you struggle with while selling online?
We struggle with bounce rate associated with trust. We’ve tried testimonial pages and Facebook ratings to remedy this.

the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page.
How did you find Fomo?
We’ve been customers of Fomo back before Fomo acquired Refurther. Fomo's founder reached out to me. Our situation was different during the acquisition transition due to us being a non-Shopify store.
Why do you use it?
I like Fomo's support combined with ease of implementation, and the accessibility is amazing. We are using Fomo to lower bounce rate and increase our website trust. These two items increase our lead flow.
What results have you had because of using Fomo?
Our conversion rate increased by 2.75% using Fomo! That might sound modest but with 25K plus visitors per year that is big money. I will be using Fomo to help launch several other product lines and websites in the future.
