Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
“I launched my brand (Koolbe Store) in September 2020. Our headquarters are in Parma, Italy, and my passion toward rugby and sport, in general, moved me to start this business.”

What are some of your other favorite tools for increasing conversions?
“I love using countdown timer bars and, of course, emails and social networks. I’m very active on Instagram @koolbestore.”

What are a couple of specific conversion-related problems you’re experiencing?
“Abandoned carts and low click to checkout.”
