Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
“We launched in October 2019, and we are headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We’ve been a traditional software development firm for five years now and transitioned into a SaaS platform last year.”
What are some of your other favorite tools for increasing conversions?
“Ontraport, CoSchedule, Lemlist.”
Outline a couple of specific conversion-related problems you’re experiencing.
“We have a high bounce rate on our pricing page right now. It’s mostly because our pricing is a shocker compared to our competitors, so we need to flesh that out. We were having issues with people going past the front page as well.”
How did you learn about Fomo?
“I believe I saw it on someone else’s site. I had used something similar in the past but wasn’t impressed.”
What prompted you to move forward with Fomo?
“I like the integrations so that we can keep that ticker with fresh information.”
Have you tried any of our competitors? If so, why did you choose Fomo instead?
“Yes, integrations were important to us. The other tools only worked with e-commerce purchases. I like that Fomo allows for page views and other information.”
How long have you been using Fomo?
“About six months.”
How are you tracking Fomo conversions?
“We aren’t at the current moment, but we have a new conversion strategy that we will be implementing in a few weeks.”
Please share some results on how Fomo has positively impacted your business.
“5% increase in click-through rate.”
Do you have any changes you’d like to see made with Fomo? Any ideas for the team?
“I’d like to be able to combine rules so that two things can be true with and statements. We tried to only show certain Stripe transactions, but if we tell it to show a plan, we have to do that three times for all plans, and it kept not showing anything because it was looking at all rules, and each was canceling out the others. We sort of solved this by changing the name of our plans in Stripe, but we would still like it the other way if possible.”
Do you have any advice for other Fomo users?
“Load your integrations up and try things. Play with how each integration helps drive traffic and the notion of fomo. There’s no one solution for every business. Try things and see how they work.”
What is one thing you want customers to take away from your business? What are you genuinely selling?
“We want them to know we are helping small businesses stay in business.”
