Tell us about your brand! When did you launch, where are you headquartered, what moved you to start your business?
“We’re Panda Copy! We launched in August of 2020. We’re based in Austin, TX, but have “pandas” located all around the world! One key problem we kept discovering, no matter size or budget, was that finding great copywriters to create content was a major pain in the rear. So often, there are flaky schedules, poor writing, or just missing the boat entirely. We aim to fix that!”
What are some of your other favorite apps/tools for increasing conversions?
“Fomo, of course :). But we also use Google Analytics and some heat/click map tracking like HotJar. We’re also experimenting with live chat.”
What are a couple of specific conversion-related problems you’re experiencing?
“Finding product-market fit has been difficult - convincing people to get up and running with a new service.”

“We introduced our special offers to let new customers kick the tires for one week.”
